Delete your KaziLog account & data

This page explains how to delete your KaziLog account and the data associated with it. You can delete everything yourself from inside the app — no email or waiting period required.

Option 1 — Delete your account in the app (recommended)

  1. Open the KaziLog app and sign in.
  2. Go to the Profile tab.
  3. Tap Delete account.
  4. Confirm on the warning prompt.

Your account and all associated data are deleted immediately and permanently, and you are signed out. This cannot be undone.

Option 2 — Delete specific data without deleting your account

You don't have to delete your whole account to remove individual records. In the app you can delete a single receipt, trip, recurring expense, or category by opening it and choosing Delete.

Option 3 — Request deletion by email

If you can't access the app, email info@danalytica.ca from the address on your account and ask us to delete your account. We will action it within 30 days.

What is deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes all of the following:

What is kept, and for how long

Nothing is retained after deletion. We keep no copy of your personal data once your account is deleted. (Anonymous, non-identifying aggregate counts that cannot be linked to you may remain.) There is no additional retention period.
