KaziLog ("we", "us") is operated by Danalytica Ltd. This policy explains what data the KaziLog mobile app collects, how we use it, and your choices. By using KaziLog you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

Account information — your email address and display/business name, used to create and secure your account.
Receipts & expenses — receipt photos you capture and the amounts, dates, merchants, and categories you record.
Mileage & location — when you start a trip, we use your device location (including in the background, with your permission) solely to measure trip distance. We do not sell or share your location.
Purchase information — your subscription status, managed through Apple/Google and RevenueCat. We never receive your full payment-card details.
Diagnostics — basic app version and device platform when you contact support.

How we use your information

To provide the core features: mileage tracking, receipt storage, expense summaries, and tax-ready reports.
To read receipt and odometer details from the photos you scan (optical character recognition).
To sync your data securely across your devices.
To manage your subscription and respond to support requests.

Service providers we use

Supabase — secure database, authentication, and storage of your data.
Google Cloud Vision — optical character recognition on the receipt/odometer images you choose to scan.
RevenueCat and Apple / Google — subscription management and billing.

These providers process data only to deliver their service to us and are bound by their own privacy and security obligations.

Data retention & deletion

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app: Profile → Delete account. This removes your receipts, trips, expenses, profile, and login. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

We retain your data only while your account is active or as needed to provide the service.

Your data is encrypted

Your data is encrypted in transit and stored securely, accessible only to you through your authenticated account.

Children

KaziLog is intended for users aged 17 and older and is not directed at children.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
