Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the KaziLog mobile app, operated by Danalytica Ltd. By using KaziLog, you agree to these Terms.

The service

KaziLog helps you track vehicle mileage, scan and store receipts, record expenses, and generate reports for tax and bookkeeping purposes. KaziLog is a record-keeping tool and does not provide tax, accounting, or legal advice. You are responsible for the accuracy of your records and for any tax filings.

Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from Profile → Delete account in the app.

Subscriptions & billing

KaziLog offers an optional Pro subscription, available monthly or annually, purchased through your Apple App Store or Google Play account.
Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically for the same price and period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Disclaimer & liability

KaziLog is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Danalytica Ltd is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for any tax outcomes arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
